Join us at the only place to do proper Hot Yoga in oxford, YOGAVENUE. Following the expert guidance of Master Yoga Teacher and Studio Owner Caroline. Release muscle tension, sweat and stretch in our athlete hot yoga flow.
Focus on breath control and lengthening out tight and tired muscles through yoga movements in the heated studio.
