PERSONAL TRAINING

At lifts and sprints each session is  “more than training” utilising expansive sports, health and fitness knowledge to cater and deliver plans,  that are not only long term but achievable and conducive to your well being. For a lasting healthy lifestyle,  we understand the importance of mindset and motivation coaching alongside any goal.  

 

For non gym members,  personal training is available out of Lifts and Sprints Studio

 YOGAVENUE with limited availability. 
alternatively gym-based training is offered at Buzz gym Oxford.

The type of training, frequency, and intensity of your fitness program should be specific to your individual goals and catered towards an agreed time frame. There are no short term fixes to your fitness journey. Lifts and sprints offers a range of services for sports, fitness & wellbeing covering a variety of training methods
